According to me, the social institutions that needs change mostly in the United States are the educational system, political system and chief institutions. These are the chief dominant group that needs to be controlled to keep up dominance of theirs. The power of the dominant group will be enhanced in a great manner by keeping up control as the non-dominant members of the group will be influenced in the largest number. The ones in power will be enabled for decision making for the ones not in power by the political group membership.
